Chef Ramsay held a competition for all of the students. The winner would work side by side with him while cooking for the President of the United States. He gave us five ingredients and we had 30 minutes to prepare a dessert fit for a king. It was the quickest 30 minutes of my life. But in the end it was worth it as I was chosen to stand by his side in preparing a meal at the White House. From this point on, I knew this is what I wanted to do with my life.

Where it all began
In 2006 I was attending school at the Minneapolis Le Cordon Bleu. While there I had the opportunity to work under Chef Gordon Ramsay. What an experience of a lifetime!
